In the 1st half of 2019, a plot of land between Genoa and Milan was acquired for a logistics real estate project. The site comprises more than 100,000 sqm of land with a buildable area of approx. 52,000 sqm (more than 49,000 sqm of logistics space and approx. 2,000 sqm of office space).
Due to the great interest in the logistics properties, the expansion of the site could be realised in the 2nd half of 2019, with the purchase of an additional approx. 162,000 sqm of land, with a buildable area of around 83,000 sqm (80,000 sqm of logistics and 3,000 sqm of office space).
