Purchase and resale of an operational wind farm in early 2019
From the day of the acquisition, the park, which had been in operation for a year, generated income. Five installed turbines, each with 3.6 MW, provide a total nominal capacity of 18 MW. Due to state-guaranteed feed-in premiums and the resulting attractive payout profile, the project met the investment requirements of various institutional investors. Convincing as well is the very good wind location with wind speeds of 8m/s at hub height. The successful resale of the park was completed just a few months later.
